SJEST will be hosting the 7th Gathering of Theology Seminarians in the Visayas next week, that is from
September 14-18, 2009

FOUNDED ON August 6, 1988, by His Grace Pedro R. Dean, DD (Archbishop Emeritus of Palo 1983-2006), SJEST is an institute of priestly formation of the Archdiocese of Palo forming future priests for the dioceses of Leyte and Samar, namely Palo, Calbayog, Catarman, Borongan, Naval; and some from the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines. The institution desires to be of service to these dioceses by providing suitable environment formation to the priesthood in accordance to the mind of the Church spelled out in the 4 areas of the human, intellectual, spiritual and pastoral formation. It offers Institutional Theological Course (ITC), Masters of Arts in Theology (MAT) and Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry (MAPM). SJEST also accepts lay students for their doctrinal formation in Theology. More...
